Ho Chi Minh City, January 21, 2026 – Siba Indus has held the inauguration ceremony of its Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Mechanical Manufacturing Plant, marking a major strategic milestone in expanding its capabilities in supporting industries and high-tech mechanical engineering. This facility is the second plant in the company’s manufacturing system, following the High-Tech Mechanical Manufacturing Plant in Bac Lieu Province.

The Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Mechanical Manufacturing Plant is built on an area of more than 30,000 square meters, with a total investment of VND 625 billion. The plant is fully equipped with 100% automated production lines and European-sourced technology. According to the management’s plan, the facility is expected to contribute nearly VND 1,000 billion in annual revenue to Siba Indus and serve as a key growth driver for its high-tech mechanical engineering segment in 2026.

Company representatives stated that, with combined production from the Bac Lieu and Ho Chi Minh City plants, Siba Indus’s mechanical engineering segment is projected to generate approximately VND 2,000 billion in revenue in 2026, making a significant contribution to the company’s overall business plan.

The new plant focuses on the production of a wide range of mechanical products and services, including:

  • High-tech mechanical equipment serving high-tech livestock farming and rice production.

  • Fabrication of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling) for factories, industrial parks, and civil construction projects.

  • Precision machining of components for supporting industries such as metro systems, railways, and the automotive sector.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, CEO of Siba Indus, the location in Ho Chi Minh City was selected for its strategic advantages in logistics connectivity, proximity to deep-water seaports and major transportation routes, and its alignment with the Southern region’s orientation toward high-tech and supporting industrial development.

Siba Indus also announced several strategic technology partnerships at the event. Notably, the company signed an agreement with Salvagnini (Europe) to supply automated sheet-metal processing systems for the new plant. In addition, a joint venture with a partner experienced in livestock equipment will support the expansion of production capabilities for mechanical product lines serving large-scale agricultural operations.

The management of Siba Indus stated that the company is continuing to evaluate further expansion of its manufacturing network, with plans to invest in a third plant in Northern Vietnam. The facility will focus on high-tech products serving industries such as robotics, smart devices, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), in line with Industry 4.0 trends.

Siba Indus is currently a diversified enterprise operating across mechanical engineering and construction, with multiple business segments including construction mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, interior & refrigeration systems, and environmental mechanical engineering.
