Powder Coatings
At Siba Indus, our advanced powder coating operation is built for performance, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Featuring 627 feet of automated conveyor lines, a five stage wash system, nanotechnology surface conversion, an electrostatic powder booth, and high-capacity dry-off and cure ovens, our facility stands at the forefront of coating technology.
We understand that superior coating begins with proper surface preparation. That’s why we emphasize every step, from thorough degreasing and RO rinsing to industry leading nano-chemical conversion. Our modern, automated chemical distribution and monitoring system ensures precise specifications are consistently maintained. This reduces chemical consumption, labor, and manual documentation, while improving quality and repeatability.
Our non phosphate conversion process delivers increased corrosion resistance and offers several environmental advantages. Nanotechnology produces less phosphorus waste, reduces landfill impact with low sludge, and requires no heat, lowering energy usage and operational costs.


The dry off and cure ovens are precisely calibrated for temperature consistency, processing up to 15,000 pounds of parts per hour. Real time thermal profiling is conducted using a Datapaq system, ensuring consistent curing and optimal product quality.
Our electrostatic powder coating booth is equipped with industry leading Parker Ionics automation. Features include photo eye part recognition and patented Super Pulse guns that enhance powder transfer efficiency and reach difficult areas. The result: higher line density, improved throughput, and a flawless finish.
